I've been put in a new hold queue. This is a "tier 2" problem. (well no sh!t you've been working on it for a year and 1/2 and its not fixed  )
Current wait time: 20 minutes.
New hold muzak: nothing identifiable, and I'm really proud to NOT know this song.

Alas, I'm bored enough to have figured out what it was. Bryan Ferry "Avalon" Man there is some crap music out there. Currently I'm listening to someone whose singing is clearly inspired by Sade and a bit of Bjork.
