Sad part about it is this is not an uncommon conversation. Too many of our 20 somethings are not in shape and will turn into 50 somethings that will cost us lots of $$ in health costs.
Side comment: I can't tell you how GREAT it feels to tell someone 30 years yonger than you how much you run a day or week...
