Last Thanksgiving, Crazy Mary knocked on my door. She needed to borrow my can opener because she had used hers to fix a flat tire and it was covered in greese. I loaned it to her, but before I could shut the door, my dog Preston ran into the yard and started barking at the passing garbage truck. Soon, I was chasing Preston in an impromptu Turkey Trot. By the time I caught him, we were in the neighboring town. Crazy Mary said she would have given me a ride, but her tire had gone flat again! I told her to keep the can opener.
