On the road today.. too much in Rubberleg's schedule to coordinate the 8km race, but still had a good predawn run on my own, 7.5-miler, 59:00.

You beat me, yet again! Did the 10k at the Turkey Trot as a Marathon Pace run. Darn thing was very hilly, and mostly uphill. I haven't figured that out yet. Kept a 10:18 pace so goal was met.
Great meeting you bburgoyne!!!!

Ran the "Run through the Woods 5 miler" in The Woodlands at the slowest possible pace, but had a great time with a dramatic finish as egged on by my friends "You're not gonna let that guy in purple actually beat you are you?" I then passed him and about 14 people just in the .1 to the finish...
bring on the turkey.

I went to the Turkey Trot...does that count?
Very disappointed. I bailed out just after 3 miles. Lots of excuses...sick, blister etc but I still feel like crap that I didn't finish. What a sucky sucky race.
