9 miles. On the trails, the weather was perfect. This is only my second run since richmond. My first was a llittle more than 2 miles on tuesday. My left knee is still giving me grief. It started acting up about mile 2, and the pain varied from extreme to dull over the course of the next 7 miles. I think it is probably tendonitis.
