wife is home, catastrophe avoided. Her regular doc was surprised they kept her. He doesn't see this as a problem, and he gave her a prescription that she can keep at home if it happens again. He acted as though she didn't need to go to the emergency room. the prescription should prevent further ER trips. Doc also said that he wouldn't worry about a younger person having a blood clot from this. Only those over 60 have that risk.
