the day had a rough start: got a sermon from my MIL about the "choices" I've made and how it's up to me to determine how this "milestone" birthday will go. "it's either a new beginning or an end" according to her. I left there (after dropping off my 5yo son for them to watch) and felt like I needed my therapist. So I came here and got what I needed! Thanks!
Cow-workers provided a surprise cake, cards and a gift! See, I am loved!
and now I have a date with that 5yo to go on a bike ride! Later folks, this 40yo has things to do!
