sounds like a strange one......$$ for spectators and water stations. And elite status for signing up early????? finishing time based on chip---except for first male and female (I see some problems there).

I'm there, I'm there! Not running the full, but will do the relay. Anything for a t-shirt and a medal.

Its (5k or relay) a thought, but Dallas is kind of far for me and the timing is very close to the MS 150 so it may be out for me due to training rides. But I will definitely think about it.

Did some recruiting while overseas and the Irish contingent may be joining us...I hope. Liam is already signed up and I believe a few of the others are considering it as well. Katz, see if you can get in touch with Brian, I'm hoping he'll be up for something!

C'mon, Texas Rangers, I know there's lots more out there yet....Alan?

March 28 is the first Sunday of my Spring Break! I was planning on driving to Florida, but this may be an option now.

Do that! I'd love to meet another Purdue fan!

Genie - glad to see you back, hope your trip was great. Glad you've done some recruiting. I'll e-mail Brian or go egg his house and see if I can't con him into it. I know he was planning on taking a break from the marathon, but he may be up for a relay.

Pfff... get your tail to Dallas. Combine it with a visit to UT Southwestern. Smile

C'mon Alan! Good time to visit the folks.

I definitely think we should get a relay team or two together--those 4 or 5 man relay teams are fun! We used to do them every year in Myrtle Beach!

Bburg, I know you're in that area, who else hasn't checked in yet? Don't MAKE me hit that memberlist and call you out Wink Wink

And howzabout y'all travelers who will go anywhere for some fun?

You had me until you said Tex-ass. I instead will be in Cape May in March, hopefully with Pebbles in tow.

Just to let you know that I am alive and well, and about to start training for Dallas and the Texas marathon. Come on guys, the more the merrier. I'll be in town from around the 15th of March thru the 3oth, so hope to meet up with as many as I can, and run with most! If I can make it over from Ireland, then you guys should be able to make it Smile

WOO HOO!!!!!!! AL-AN, AL-AN, AL-AN!!! Dancing Banana

This is so awesome, I can't wait to meet all of you! I also talked to Scorch on the phone last night and am arm twisting, there's a good chance he may come as well. Alan, maybe you two can team up for the relay. Even better, maybe you and he can run with Kattz and I if we all do around the same pace, that would be cool!!!

So let's see, so far it's:

me
Kattzoo
Liam
Kobyj (maybe?) you gotta come, dude!
Pffffff (ditto on the maybe and the you gotta)
Alan
limpingtexan aka NOVIA (she posted on the CR post)

Kattz, I keep forgetting to email Brian, do you still have an addie that works?

RachelK, aren't you somewhere in that area??
I gotta catch up with Kristin this weekend, I think I can talk her into coming! WOO HOO!! Start the party now!!!
