I have a feeling that this remake will be as good as the one for "Psycho". Not going.

yep. Just read the review in the paper. 1.5 stars....although it did say it had a few scary moments.

No way can the freak family be more scary in this one than it was in the original. I still remember being scared to death by them. Truth be told, still am.

Help me here...
I'll give you a list of "cons", but what are the "pros" of seeing a "disturbing" film?

I don't know.

Didn't you see "Schindler's List"? "Taxi Driver"? "A Clockwork Orange"? "Philadelphia"? Different type of disturbing, yes, but all disturbing flicks, in their own way, are thought provoking.

No, if it were Family Feud I'd be genie so you could kiss me.
Yes, still smarting over the Coach Rejection.

Schindler's List was the only one outta those.. and I guess I saw it more as historical/documentorial.
Personally, just can't get into the "gore" aspect of thought provoking.

Nope, I'm with jrjo on this one. I haven't seen any of those movies because I go to movies to escape, not deal with reality. Reality is all the time. Movies, for me, are just for fub.

I don't wanna split hairs here, but that response did come after the fact, that you had already rejected me. I was hurt.
Anyways, I'm willin to make up.
