I go back to work to see what's happening and all I find in my classroom is this...

You know...they wouldn't even let me in the door.
It was pretty much blocked my furniture and things.
Is this another subtle hint that they're trying to make???

Are they still cleaning?
When I was in high school, I worked with the janitors during the summer....moving furniture, waxing the floors.....we barely got done before school started again......
A lot of my schools are a big mess....they have been doing construction....adding rooms, remodeling......our special ed and adminstration offices both moved during the summer.....what a zoo.......
I don't want to go back.........yet

It is exciting yes. Just add the students...28+...their backpacks...all their "stuff" they seem to carry along as well...the comotion...the ordered chaos...and it's EXCITING!
I love it actually.
Went into my classroom to see what happened over the summer (and to annoy my cool boss who was not there).
It definitely got cleaned.
Bob's room next door is all set up already.
I went into his room and plastered a nice message on his clean, white board...
"HEY BOB! I'm still on vacation. Now go into my room and have it all set up for me too!" ~Noley
Do you think he'll do it?
Not sure if I want that or the free rental space of his fridge.
I need a place to cool all my Diet Cokes you know.

It looks as though some of my 4th graders will have to stand on their heads to sit at their desks this year...see.
