Hooray, 2 weeks from Sunday is IMLP, I know at least 3 of us who are excited to start the taper............2 hour run today, brick of a 3.5 hour bike/1 hour run tommorrow in the mountains of VT, 1 hour run on Sunday, then really time to start decreasing the workouts.

I LOVE Taper time

Still one medium volume weekend with 4:45 brick tomorrow, more running and biking Sun and Mon then the taper fully kicks in and volume goes down but not the frequency.

I usually only run by time, in training for IMs probably average around 8 minute pace and always shoot to run for an hour at minimum when I go running (if I am out there might as well make it count), next week should be about 40 miles of running or so.

Misery loves company. Wink

Friday morning swim sounds great. Were coming up on Thursday. May leave in the middle of the night and try and get there around lunch time on Thursday. Staying at the Best Western in LP.
