Mine has the same flag pepper, but it says "Is it always hot in Texas or is it just me?" instead of the word HOT.
My absolutely favorite shirt ever is a plain white one with this logo on the front left side
 .
I was a volunteer for the games during that week and the back says "Hero Support" and a listing of the sponsors.
