Now, I know not everyone is watching this, but you can all answer my question. As the tribes were cutting down trees to build their shelters, I thought,"Can they do this? Aren't the Amazon rainforests protected from this?"
So, what do you guys think? Maybe I am making too big of an issue about it, but it still seemed odd to me...

I for one did not enjoy watching them hack the crap out of all the trees as well, Rando...
Not sure how they got away with this one either?

Don't loggers clear-cut something like 10,000 acres of the Amazon rainforest every day?

I wondered the same thing. They are not allowed to kill the animals. They won't cut down too many. Haven't you seen the South Park rainforest episode? Tee-hee!

Like that was the only tarantula there. There's probably hundreds more where that came from. They better take turns taking tarantula watch.

I never watch "reality" shows...there is too much darn reality in life as it is without them putting it on television. "I wish the real world would stop hassling me"

what seemed odd to me was that one of them didn't hack off a hand or foot in the process....i can't believe how stupid they looked hacking away like that; what clods.
i bet the producers were betting on it......
