I think I am going to run this one in lieu of NYC this year.

I actually used to live in Richmond about 8 years ago and ran this marathon then..nice rolling course, crowds were a little light, but overall was a nice time, especially seeing I used to live right on Monument Ave on the course and my friends had a party going on there to cheer me on. Weather is usually pretty good for it.
Will not be making a trek down, planning on Disney in Jan, 04

Cool. I hadn't really known much about it, but I was sure it would be faster than NYC. My wife has family over there, so I thought I would give it a shot.
