Todays forecast although I think it may get hotter as it was 96 in the shade here yesterday. We haven't had rain in a long time. What's it like where you are?

I'm gona stay inside this weekend and train. Just too freakin hot to do yard work...other than to turn on the lawn sprinkler.
Tonight and Saturday night I will go out late when it's cooler.
I can handle up to 90 if it's a dry heat...anything over 90 or high humidity..and I'm heading indoors.

Whereas I however, can handle just about anything as long as there's water and I'm not wearing two layers of denim.

Same as you, Jacked, only a little more humid as we're near the lake (but not close enough to benefit from the cooler temperatures).

About the same. I am running a 1/2 marathon Sunday morning at 7am, but the expected low is 70. I will adjust my goal time and pace accordingly.

We didn't bust the Lake Wobegon all-time-high of 99... it did hit 97 though yesterday and I thought I'd melt. Then a low front came cruising in last night and there were tornado warnings...
Now today is a high of 79...ah... back to normal
