Buying glasses is so personal. It takes so long to find something right and you do it 4x/yr?

i pretty much use the same style, so the look is the same. i have a preference on ear peices, so between those i can pretty much look at the kiosk and decide in a matter of a couple of minutes.

If you do find some pricey ones that you like, check out ebay for good prices....I wear Serenghettis that cost about 140 retail, but I can find them for 60 or 70 on ebay....I like them for trail running and biking cuz they have the lenses that get lighter and darker depending on the conditions...

expensive sunglasses are like expensive pens....you tend to guard them closer if they are expensive....

I spent the most I've ever spent on sunglasses 2 1/2 years ago and I still have them and they are in tact, which is a record for me.

ive tried rudy projects and they seem very expensive and yet very cheaply made. id rather spend my money on oakleys. they have some cool looking kids glasses that arent nearly as pricy as the adult versions...or you can try the wires. i wear A and E wires (i think) anyway, they are pretty light and fairly durable. ive got three pairs and they have all lasted at least a year before the lenses got scratched in my line of vision.

I don't know about sizing. I buy "fun" inexpensive pairs because I lose them, break them, or drop them in the water. The last time I bought Ray Bans I left them at the airport. Never again.

Just the usual dull answer:

I get my sunglasses at the Post Exchange. They are the standard issue aviator sunglasses costing about $ 20.00 - I usually get about 2-3 years per pair.

I would like to get a pair for running but - do you guys have a problem wearing sunglasses ? i.e. fogging, accumulating sweat, or whatever ? What style/brand did you find most comfortable while running ?
