I'll second that for the run by LC and raise it a Very nice Cindy.
3.60 mile run for me 36:08.
1 hour weights n abs
21.35 miles cycling 1:30:11
.50 run right after getting off the bike 4:09. Maybe not quite 1/2 mile I better measure.

Best long run since Mad City. Good rhythm (second day in a row - I hope I've gotten it back) for at least 90%, and for once, I pretty much hit the mileage I was supposed to. (For the record, I did run at the same time LC did - different courses - but have been working on the house most of the afternoon)
12.127 miles, 1:56:03.21 (9:34.19).
