3 easy miles with my former running partner, who also has taken quite a bit of time off from running. We took it good and easy, outlined a gradual running program and discussed what races we might run this winter and spring.

4 recovery flat miles on the high school track, 42.46. I seem to have a big knot in my right quad-been working on getting this muscle to relax and unspasm or whatever is wrong.

Cold and humid, like yesterday's race (a bit warmer, though).
12.538 miles in 1:51:52.00. No chills, unlike after last Sunday's run, so I'm also hoping I won't be as sore as after that one too.
