Again, early run to focus on the house necessities. 6:30 - humid, none of the 10 mph winds from N/NE the station were saying were blowing. Despite it, a good long slow run. 17.912 (s/h/b 18 - grrrrrr...) in 2:39:49.93 (8:55.36).

LSD 10.7 miles 1:54:00. I think.
We seem to have had an issue with the Garmin as JUJR pulled up on her bike in front of the gym and hit the front brake not once but twice causing her to surge over the handlebars before ending up on the pavement with her face in a tangled mess with the bike. The Garmin was in some mode I have never seen, there were water n gatorade bottles in the street n gummy bears all over the sidewalk. I nearly fell on top of her I was laughing so hard as I tried to check up and avoid the wreck. It was hilarious and for the record, she was the one who started the laughter.
She's gonna hurt tomorrow but nothing is broken. Cept my Garmin. JR, You are the best bike bish around and I am so happy to have you. I haven't laughed that hard since..................... Friday night. I hope your OK, realz.
20 min. abs.

Um yea, that's what they are. However, she'll say they are water bottle holders.

I think they're the tops from an old tupperware toy called "pop a lot"
They made for great juvenile weaponry.
I can only imagine what kind of defense mechanisms JUJR intends to use them as
