16.067 miles running in 2:21:17.00. Once again, a very sunny morning and temperatures in upper 30s. By the time I got out there, it was overcast and down a few degrees. Won't complain - the fact I went as long as I did with only one stop (to tie my shoe) is what I wanted.

Today I rested. I felt I needed a break after running 9 days straight.

Roads were totally snow covered this morning..so I broke out the cross country skis and did two miles.
Didn't feel like I exerted that much energy until I got back to the house and sat down.
I somehow managed to pull a back muscle and maybe a neck muscle when I took the tumble down the steep slope heading back to the house. Note to self: cross country skis are not downhill skis.

Pretty good run. Weather is kinda dreary... yesterday they were predicting mid 60's and sunny, but it was overcast and low 50's.
