1:30 in the weight room.
1 mile on the mill 15:10, did a little light jogging to test the leg.
1 mile on the stepper in 7:30.  Than amazed me even.

Ran in a new place this aft, a mile or so due east of LC's workplace. Nice gravel paths, with some asphalt trails too. 5.114 miles in :47:07.36. Up and down the split ladder - 8:52, 9:13, 9:29, 9:20, and 9:11.

Nice weather, 64 and clear. I was amazed at how many people were clogging up the side of the road to get out of their cars to look at the geese in the lake. Geez people, you've never seen geese before?
