4 miles outside, nice 50 degree weather. I have marathon taper legs--I wanted to run farther and faster.

Long (supposedly) slow run in the rain. Should be a good cutback for Memphis, but fortunately the 'thon training hasn't started, so I could never get away with this distance.
7.579 miles in 1:12:10.00. The 9:31.31 pace fits into my LSD quite comfortably; that and I was relaxed and loose the whole time, was another good sign.
