First ride report: Trek 1100 Aluminum... picked this up on ebay for a song since it's 12-yrs old, but less than 200-mi on it.
15.5 miles, avg 17.7 mph. All the aches of why I went to recumbents are here, wrists, neck, butt, back, they're all wondering why I'm doing this. But I've got some cycling events planned for next summer, so I'll have to get some mileage off the bent. Top speed was 33-mph.. gotta like that. It was on a decline through a 30-mph zone..keeping up with car traffic

5.9 miles. My runs this weekend have been pretty terrible. I took the watch off today and just took it extra slow. Don't know if it's just I'm not feeling good or if it's just a running phase.

4 miles around the neighborhood in 41.43 or something close. It was COLD this morning-in the 50's!! I warmed up after a half-mile or so.

Early Afternoon: I officiated two Fall lacrosse games to earn some extra $$$.
Late Afternoon: I won my final (regular season) singles match: 6 - 1, 6 - 0 securing my division championship. Woo-hoo! Will advance to the city playoffs late next month.

30 minutes of swimming and 6.5 miles in 20 minutes on the stationery bike. Getting ready to go back to the gym for an evening workout...I'm sooo glad I didn't drink at the Broncos game today.
