Long run. Rather than go for a distance, I went to run for an hour (I did keep track of how far, though - kept no splits on purpose). 6.477 miles in :59:59.90.
A very nice day to run - sunny and low 60s.

2 miles somewhat hard tonight after dusk. Feeling better, although I slipped on the edge of the road to dodge a car coming my way. Scrapped my knee and palms pretty good. This getting dark early thing STINKS!

I mostly work on being able to pedal in a smoother circle or sometimes I'll work on high cadence stuff.

1:25:39...felt pretty good the first 7 miles or so.
last 3, I was definately tired.
