7.283 miles 1:02:18.00 (8:33.25 average). Surprisingly easy - if I hadn't had to do the holiday shopping, I could have run all afternoon.

Rest day for running. Started my crunches, leg lifts and pushups routine. Legs strong. Upper body weak. Must fix.

12 miles in 1:59.12 (9.56). It was beautiful out tonight as I ran. I started at 7pm and was able to see all the nice xmas decorations displayed in the neighborhoods. The temperature was perfect (54 degrees) and the air was crisp. I really enjoyed this run.
