10 miles 1:48:00.
Last long run before my half next Sunday. How is it last Sunday I did 13.1 and felt I could have gone maybe 3 more miles but today I really had to reach in deep to finish 10? Oy.

Running Brewer recommended this book to me, along with the Back Buddy. I ordered both on-line. I still need to get a LaCrosse ball. When I opened the book, it fell open to the Scalene muscle page, which was why I purchased it, based on RB's testimony. (RB is a total stranger, as I am new to this forum--behold the power of a fellow runner's testimony) So far, I have just read the first few pages and I will soon be ready to skip way ahead to Scalenes!! I think this book will change my life and I am really excited about it!
