8.6 miles in 1:24:53. Felt great and it felt easy except for the big ole dueling blisters I had. I swear I felt one jiggle. On the bright side, I didn't hit a fire hydrant this time.

Another wonderful fall day to run... 58 and clear, leaves starting the color show, even in the sort of industrial park area I ran in.
A simple out-and-back, north to south. This week's stats wil be low and slow - I plan to run every other day this week. More recovery to start out with.
Today, a very good recovery. 4.46 miles in :42:46.00 (9:31 pace).

Thanks.
BTW. I ran these outside and not on the TM. I'm making a full attempt to do all of my long runs on the road. It's a big thing to manage with the kids and my ex is helping me out with it. It felt good to get outside and there wasn't any heat/humidity to deal with.
I ran on dead legs all last week and had so much doubt. My run in Florida was less than stellar and I had to quit on the 10th mile...WALKING.
So far I've hit every single week with what I've wanted to accomplish (except last weekends 10. I should have done 11). I'm really trying hard on this one.
I appreciate this g...
