Duh, forgot to post my run. First run of the year with ice forming on my eyebrows. Two inches of snow made it too rough to run on the roads here so I drove to town and ran 4 miles on the high school track in 41 minutes. Snow covered too, but no cars sliding toward me!
Oh yeah, then I did some doughnuts in the parking lot on my way out.

6.065 miles in :58:32.00. Felt pretty easy.
(This is the first week in the training where the mileage cuts back)

Well around mile 17 I thought my quads were going to EXPLODE!!!! Luckily I paced myself the last 3 miles with another runner who was training for Tybee. Took an ICE bath afterwards so my knees feel pretty good.
