10.2 miles on the Towpath Trail, 1:17:42 for a 7:37 pace. Critter sighting was an all black mink - very cool.

This was supposed to be 14 miles. I think I got distracted a bit by the weather - 58, winds off the lake, heavy rain. Strange - it was coming down in such a way that it was pushing the sweat down into my eyes - hard time seeing from that, not the rain.
Wound up with - 15.435 miles, 2:18.56.92 (9:00.13). Next run this long on a Sunday is Toronto.
