8 miles avg 8:20 a mile.

Felt good to go out a little faster than normal and be able to hold on a little longer than normal.

Treadmill. How? Tons of CD's, baseball on TV, and whatever thinking I had to do.

Aimed for 16, got to that and did one more just because. Stayed hydrated well. Drank water, Gatorade and had one Gu. That really helped.

I felt strong enough to go on as well and I think I could have done 20. We'll see in a few weeks. Mr. Green

Yes. Don't ask how. I just get through that first hour and then time just goes by. I do watch tv and baseball seems to get me through a lot of it. I listen to a ton of CD's as well.

I'd rather run on a TM than to get drained in the heat and miss the miles I need to get in. Whatever works.

It's insane...yes. Mr. Green

I ran the BAA 1/2 marathon for the 4th year in a row. Picture perfect fall day! I did it in 1:50, (8:28 pace). 2 minutes slower than last year's PR. I was bummed!!! But, my knee has been giving me problems since the IM in July and during the race not a pain. After the race and today not a pain. I'm psyched that my knee is feeling better.

Still phenominal results if you ask me!

Yay! Mr. Green
