3.446 in :31:21.14 (9:05.89). Times are so-so. But I really can't plan a weekend run with people coming to look at the house - if I get a call that someone wants to come over, then I get out and run then. If the day goes by without any action, I go at dinner time. This inconsistency is not going to help me get back to something resembling normal running, but circumstances for that are not in my control.

14.4 miles on the towpath. unbelievably gorgeous day with nothing but sunshine and low 60's start and 70 something finish. Took 2:06:46 for an 8:48 pace.
