15.2 miles, 2:08:36 for 8:28 pace. Absolutely beautiful day in n.e. ohio, mid 50's, sunny, 10 mph wind.

Great run Rob. I could have used you on my run yesterday-especially if you had brought the bow & arrow along!

7.004 miles in 1:06:41.11. First run of seven miles' length since Chicago. Tendon a little sore at the end.
But.
I am finding I go further on each long run before that happens. (The shorter runs don't bother me at all). This can only be a good sign.

2.5 slow, (painfully slow) miles. Faster than Friday, though!

10 mile trail run. Temps in the 40s at the start, mid-50s by the end - a good day to be running.

Hill work and then trail running at Warren National Park in Michigan! This workout session was incredible, running up sand dunes, trail running, and then road running. One of the hardest workout sessions I've attempted, but it feels good too, having tackled those dunes.
