Long run whch went well despite having to cut short. 18.808 miles in 2:54:51.59 (9:17.80).

a nice hard 2km for PB of 10mins 20 secs
followed this up with some bodyweight exercises - 15 pullups and "Forward Pressure" for 5 mins.
Forward pressure is a series of exercises designed to increase upper body strength which is helpfully for my gymnastics and my wrestling
