Last LSR before Chicago. Humid again, and 78 - storms arrived just in time for me to get soaked when I pulled into the cul-de-sac at home - lot of good they did me then...
10.189 miles in 1:37:52.46. 9:36.35 pace - given that six minutes of that was devoted to a walk caused by a shoelace problem, it's good. Even with that diversion.

6 miles...47.52 I had to push myself today due to having only 50 minutes for childcare/rock climbing for the kids. Nothing like a time crunch motivator.
Done for the week and I feel good so far. Next week brings on more challenges when I travel home and have to do my first run in months outside...a LSD.
This ends Week 3 with 28 miles (ave 8.45)...
