I live in area where we get a plenty of sun. In fact we have some 280 + days of sunshine a year. Since I like to run I spend a lot of time outside. I get sunburned during the run easily. It happens to me all the time. Is there a way around it? I heard that sunburns aren’t exactly healthy these days.

You should definitely try to avoid too much sun exposure, especially during its highest intensity, 11:00 – 16:00 h. So try to run before or after that time. You should wear a sunscreen with some SPF (sun protection factor) of 15 or higher. Since you are sweating you should choose waterproof sunscreen that won’t sweat off easily.
