Must have been a slow night in Radnor, if you are searching the web for Yanni concert dates.

I do believe I 'd have a better chance of seeing you at a Dr Dre/Two Live Crew concert than you'd have of seeing me at a Yanni concert.

We close on the Neenah house on the 21st......however, our buyers are dragging their feet.......they have a contingency that they need to sell their house in Chicago. They are renting in Manitiwoc until May......so I guess i can't blame them for not wanting to pay 2 mortgages and rent on a condo.
So, it looks like we will probably wait 'til the kids finish school but slowly move the small stuff in the weeks inbetween.....so it looks like we don't have to hire a moving company. Plus, there are some changes that we can make on the house before we move in. Like the basement...it's unfinished right now.......I plan for it to be the best part of the house.

If I remember Neenah, the basement probably already is the best part of the house.

I used to work at the Blue Moon Coffee Company up there on commericial street. Hung around with a lot of neenah folk and I've come to one conclusion about them ALL. They're all incredibly moody.
It's a strange town...You've got the blue collar workers, then you have the incredibly rich.

The only way you can tell them apart is by which one has the finished basement.
