I've always wanted to participate in a pie eating contest (now who didn't automatically think of Stand by Me). Or a chicken wing eating contest. Or how about corn on the cob. Maybe even sauerkraut.

This post may have been inspired by this but just this morning I saw a clip from an italian beef sandwich eating contest in Chicago.
Now, I can eat with the best of them, don't get me wrong, but I'm thinking a contest to eat however much of something as fast as possible would sort of ruin it for me, and I'm thinking Italian beef is one of those things....
Although there are several categories I could take....cheese...cereal....ice cream....pickles...

OB, if you want to do a wing eating contest, you must come to Philly for Wing Bowl! Held the week before the Super Bowl, what started as a local radio station contest is now attended by thousands. This past year El Wingador, managed by Hevvy Kevvy, picked up the trophy for Most Wings Eaten (154) for the fourth time! Isn't he pretty?

There actually is a pickle eating contest on the eating contest circuit. But I challenge you, here and now, to a muenster eating cheese contest! If you ever get your ass out of Tex-ass, I will kick it in this contest!

So, how does one actually prepare for any sort of binge eating contest? And how does one feel after the event? Jalapenos have got to make the remaing weeks painful in the you'know'what.

Like running long distances...you build over time, adjusting to the increasing work load and on contest day you are ready to push it up to the next level!
Like I know what I am talking about..which I do not
I am just saying if they had such a thing as jalepeno potato chip eating contests, well, I could get in top form quickly
