I want to have stronger back. I would like to have that V shape of my body and be able to handle heavier weight. I need to develop bigger back muscles. Do you have any idea how can I do this? What is called that back muscle I need to develop?

To develop upper back you have to concentrate on lats (latissimus dorsi) and traps (trapezius). The best exercises for that are lat pull downs, barbell rows and shrugs. To develop desired V shape you also need to have narrow waist so you have to lose fat, especially in the belly area. You have to have short but intense workouts with as much weight you can and space them apart to provide enough time to rest and recuperate.
