Mine has to be the 10000 volt electrocution, through my head when I was working for the County 911 center. After 2.5 days in the hospital they found nothing wrong with me (seems to be a common diagnosis with me)

Now me saying the 5000 volt shock I had pales in comparison. 
Though I have yet to recover.

I wil set it up for you.
Let's just say it involved static electricity, an ungrounded vacuum cleaner, while someone was vacuuming a raise floor constructed of metal, and the rugs were thread bare.
He was also connected to a console wearing a headset where the vacuum was plugged in to.
I will let Greg tell the rest.
