After 2 straight days of running, my legs are still sore, and its been nearly 2 days without any activity. The pain moved from my thighs to my shins and now whenever i try to run, a strange pain begins to push from the inside of my abdomen. The same pain that I get in my shins. An ache, a kind of stinging ache.
Is this all still just beginner's pains? When will this soreness stop and when can i run again? When can i expect all this soreness to stop so that I can just run without being delayed?

Take a couple of more days off and then when you start back up go every other day until your body adapts. It wont' be instantaneous but it'll adapt. Welcome to the boards.

Welcome to the boards!
Rob is right, rest and then start up again.
You'll soon start to learn what is normal soreness and what you should stop running for.
