Yeah, yeah, yeah...I know my laundry is finished. Will you stop buzzing already, dryer!!!
(note: I hate my dryer and it's annoying buzz at the end of the cycle! It always scares the crap out of me!!!).

Lucy jumps out of her skin when the dryer buzzes. I told her I'd pull the plug on the buzzer and she went crazy. "How am I gonna know the clothes are dry? If I leave them in the dryer they will be all wrinkled. Blah blah blah."

This happens to me anyway. For example...the buzzer went off about 20 minutes ago and I still haven't stood up to make the first attempt to head towards the dryer....and I probably won't for a while to come.
