Someone who shall remain nameless just laughed her fool head off at me because I said "ladder". Doesn't everyone call them ladders??

no, but it looks like a ladder, LE, it looks like a ladder. yes indeed.
runs anyone?
i love visiting the elementary school and seeing 4th and 5th graders in tights or stockings or whatever they are -- some of them are run and laddered so badly, they're only wearing one leg! it's hysterical.

My girls have those cable tights for winter... ever wear those? Usually navy or camel colored. Memories...
