That was a great game. I have no idea what the official was looking at where he decided that interception should be reversed.

BUT WOW what a game to watch.

I still don't see it Hyper. If he had just caught the ball and fell to the ground isn't that still an interception?

He caught the ball, fell to the ground with control, lost control himself getting back up and then recovered his own fumble is the way it should've been ruled. He had control of the ball, fumbled it and then recovered the fumble. The refs are the ones who fumbled everything.

But i'm not in the zebra outfit.

That was an interception.
And you just knew Vanderjagt was gonna miss. They put up the stat about how he hadn't missed at home all season.
The window is starting to close on the Colts. Edge, Manning, Harrison....they ain't getting any younger. They will still be good next year, but I'm telling ya....they might look back at this season as the one that got away.

Sure seemed to me that the officials were doing their best to keep Indy in that game. Lots of "if"s in the game, though.
if the interception stood...
if Bettis didn't fumble...
if the guy who recovered the fumble ran right instead of left...
if Manning had eaten his Wheaties or stayed at a Holiday Inn...

I think the refs were really giving Indy the benefit of the doubt also.
