I rode to work this morning and passed what I though was a kid riding his bike to school but it ended up being an adult male. He was swerving from sidewalk to road and back and when I passed him, he had on headphones and was smoking a cigarette; no helmet on this guy.
It's only a matter of time before he gets hit.

Reminds me, 4 nights ago I saw a kid/guy climbing on the over pass bridge over the extremely busy 12 lane freeway during rush hour. Like, climbing the arched bridge part. Um, Hello? Saturday Night Fever anyone? no Hwy 59 isn't the East river but I think it would almost be worse... gave me the heebies but I never saw anything on it on the news, so I guess the idiot made it across...
