Breakfast: Bowl of Fruit and Fibre, 2 Slices of Toast, Cup of Tea
Lunch: Cheese, Ham, Potato Salad, Chicken, Coleslaw, Yoghurt, Crisps, few slices of bread some concotion of these
Dinner: Varies, Potatoes, Veg, Meat, Pasta, Chile, Chinese. I eat everything and anything.
Snack: Crisps, Chocolate, Tea, Beer

Anyone tell me whats wrong with that or what i need to change coz i havent had a non runny poop in ages and i needed to take a dump while i was running again today which seems to now happen even after ive been for the oul morning constitutional so i reckon it must be a diet thing. Any tips?

How much fruit and fiber?

Maybe you're getting too much fiber all at once--maybe you need to start keeping a tally of how much fiber you are getting in a day. Adults need 25-30 grams. A one cup serving of a fiber rich cereal might have as much as 5 grams. (If you pour two cups in your bowl, that's 10 right in one sitting.) One cup of cooked pintos can have almost 20 grams. That plus all the exercise keeps things moving well.

Plus, some people are just more regular than others.

Large bowl of fruit and fibre in the morning. I probably dont drink enough water, but i have a weak bladder. As my mates say i piss like a racehorse so i dunno if thats got anything to do with it?

Not enough water in the diet would cause constipation, not the opposite.
