Dedicated rider is the one who doesn’t stop at any obstacle and keeps riding no matter what. I like to think that I am a dedicated rider. I have been experiencing a knee pain lately. I went to see my doctor and he determined that I sustained a medium knee injury. Although it hurts I keep spinning with knee injuries. What do you think?

I think that you are making a big mistake. Working out through injury has never been smart. You may prevent your body from healing the injury. Moreover you may end up with a permanent damage which could force you do abandon cycling for good. I don’t think that few weeks of cycling are worth it. Wait, and be patient. When your body is healed you can resume your training.
