One of my objectives in coming to Maine this week was to clean up mom's closet. Without mom being around to complain...
Got the mess down from about 9 - 10 large half full boxes to 6 medium FULL boxes.
I also got rid of stuff that was hanging in the closet. Does anyone want a tan leisure suit ?
Just to show what a champion caliber pack rat my mom is, inside a box labeled "Various tinks" (things) was: an EMPTY spam can, various ribbons, rags and paper, a light bulb, an empty picture frame with a note INSIDE it saying it was being saved for later...

Sounds like later to me.
Edited to say that you're bigger man than I Gunga Din for even opening a box that says "Various Tinks" on it.
