Do you sit on yours?
I switch off all day (when one becomes numb). My mother-in-law is constantly after me to stop (that and knuckle-cracking, she's totally against them both).

i would sit on my feet, back in the day ...but now it rips my knees up to have them superflexed like that. lots of yoga positions are no-nos too cuz of that forced flexion of that joint.
aren't ya glad you asked
carry on foot sitter.

Yes, i do. But since i have knee problems, i'm not sure if i want to be sitting on my right foot right now (as i currently am...there, two feet on the floor). I also crack knuckles (and several other things)

Maybe you're hinting that I'll be sorry? I take advice (when I agree with it) so if you think I should quit...

No, but I do curl my left foot under the chair so it's all cramped when I get up to walk again.
I hate knuckle cracking, too, but lately since my hip got fixed when i stand up I have to like push my right hip out to crack it and then i can walk.

It's not nearly as interesting as you might hope.
Full list:
Fingers
Toes
Both ankles
Both wrists (in different ways)
left knee
back
neck
shoulders (by stretching arms behind back)

Not flexible enough to sit on my feet for more than about 5 seconds. Cramps and muscle pulls would develop in a big hurry.
