what are your favorites?
we had a breakfast potluck at work once a month and everybody brought something.....I worked with a bunch of old ladies and man could they cook!......it was like a church potluck......
I like egg casseroles

cheerios 'n raisin bran.
scrambled eggs n' rice
rye toast and real peanut butter...
eggs in a biscuit.. etc.
i'd probably go for pancakes or french toast..
breakfast is good eatin'

my MILs breakfast pie - it has eggs, peppers, sausage, onions, mushrooms, swiss cheese and probably other stuff, mixed and poured into pie shell and baked....served with a side of ketchup - MMMmmm yummy
what i've been making this week - two pieces of pork roll, one egg (not fried yet not scrambled), provolone cheese, ketchup on a bagel
