Not as great as was originally claimed.
not bad either, but if you're like me and can't get it down, don't feel bad

I bet you'll like it more now that it's not good for you... teehee

Some of it is really unpalatable. I had hoped that it was helpful in menopause/hormone related studies. Confused

I like a lot of things I've had with soy in them, I just can't tolerate them. But yeah, it turns out I don't think it makes much difference in menopause.

i always found taking soy as a hormone for menopause and stuff was scary...all those soy supplements claiming to do what estrogen replacement could do without the death sentence....i still found it too weird and it feels like it's messin' with nature.

based on recent anti-wheat news in my family, i was looking at alternative flour sources and saw soy flour in the store....i can't imagine that being anything but BITTER. bleh!

sigh. grains are over rated. Neutral
